YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As an account manager at Resultat, you will play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You are the company's professional face to the outside world and build long-term relationships with our clients.
Your daily work is varied, with the following foundation:
- Prospecting new clients
- Handling cold and warm calls to clients
- Identifying staffing needs for new and existing clients
- Customizing solutions within staffing and recruitment for clients, acting as an advisor to their recruitment needs
- Conducting sales meetings, both digitally and primarily in-person at the client's location
- Follow-up and client care both short and long term
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone eager to develop in sales! You are goal-oriented and results-driven. You thrive working with freedom under responsibility and proactively drive your own development! You take ownership of your work and encourage your surroundings to succeed together!
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Driver's license B
Preferred:
- Experience in proactive sales, e.g., telephone or field sales
- B2B experience
- Background/education in finance
