YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As an account manager at Resultat, you will play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You are the company's professional face to the outside world and build long-term relationships with our clients.

Your daily work is varied, with the following foundation:

  • Prospecting new clients
  • Handling cold and warm calls to clients
  • Identifying staffing needs for new and existing clients
  • Customizing solutions within staffing and recruitment for clients, acting as an advisor to their recruitment needs
  • Conducting sales meetings, both digitally and primarily in-person at the client's location
  • Follow-up and client care both short and long term

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone eager to develop in sales! You are goal-oriented and results-driven. You thrive working with freedom under responsibility and proactively drive your own development! You take ownership of your work and encourage your surroundings to succeed together!

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Driver's license B

Preferred:

  • Experience in proactive sales, e.g., telephone or field sales
  • B2B experience
  • Background/education in finance
